Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our preferred delivery partners are Royal Mail and DPD, we reserve the right to change this depending on individual circumstances, ​

 

All orders aim to be sent within 3 working days using a tracked service, tracking information can be found within your dispatch email.

If for any reason there is a delay in your order arriving after dispatch, please refer to the tracking number provided using the relevant delivery partner websites tracking service,

Lost/unreceived orders:

if for any reason your order has become lost or delayed in transit please note we cannot chase this with our delivery partner until 10 working days have passed.

Personalised Goods

We aim to dispatch any personalised items within 5 working days unless stated otherwise, excluding peak/seasonal times of the year, where this may be extended up to an additional 7 working days, this is the maximum time it will take, if for any reason there is an issue with this, you will be contacted​​​​

Non UK Customers:

If you are ordering from outside the UK please be aware there may be Duty to pay on your items, you will be contacted by the courier to pay this, refusal to pay any duty on items will result in the item being returned,

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 14 days from purchase, items are returned at your own cost, we advise items to be sent tracked to ensure they return back to us to issue a refund. Postage fees are non-refundable.

Non Personalised Items​

If for any reason you are unhappy or wish to return an item you may, providing that; (i) The item is new and unused, (ii) The item is in the original packaging, (iii) The item is sent back undamaged and in a protected manner (e.g the original shipping packaging the item was sent in)

Personalised Goods

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised or customised goods, with the exception of errors when we manufacture the items, it is your responsibility to make sure at the time of purchase the customisation is correct, we cannot be held accountable for typing errors, if however we have made a mistake then please contact us and with proof of the mistake and we will be happy to assist
